Conceived while riding thru East St Paul’s beautiful extensive exceptional, but heavily trafficked and undermaintained, parks and trails system, CleanStPaul.org was created to encourage community cleanup beautification effort by providing a convenient secure “tipping jar” hub for community members to find individual litter cleanup volunteers to thank their good work, which resulting local aesthetic and environmental benefits we can all enjoy.
